Clock in your way
From a phone, a shared branch kiosk (scan the site's QR code and enter a PIN), or a HikVision or ZKTeco biometric terminal. GPS and selfie checks flag clock-ins that need a second look.

Employees clock in from their phone, a branch kiosk or a biometric terminal. Managers see who's in, who's late and who's away — and get answers from an AI copilot on WhatsApp. Hours and leave flow into your payroll.
A person reviews every request, usually within one business day, and we set Timed up with you on a short call.

The Attendance Copilot answers from your live data — in the Timed web app, on WhatsApp, or straight from Claude with the Timed connector. It only sees what your role in Timed lets you see.

Phone clock-ins can carry a GPS check and a selfie check. Clock-ins that fail a check are still saved, but flagged so a manager can review them.
